Type specimen: STM 31-2, a partial skeleton (articulated partial skeleton with associated soft tissue preserved on a slab and counter slab). Its type locality is Mutoudeng (2007 coll.), which is in a Callovian/Oxfordian lacustrine shale in the Tiaojishan Formation of China.

Ecology: ground dwelling carnivore

Distribution: found only at Mutoudeng (2007 coll.)
