Type specimen: SHN(JJS)-170, a partial skeleton (a partial skeleton that includes nine articulated proximal caudal vertebrae; the left ilium; right femur; proximal left femur; left tibia; left fibula; left ast). Its type locality is Porto das Barcas (PB), which is in a Kimmeridgian/Tithonian marine mudstone/sandstone in the Lourinhã Formation of Portugal.

Ecology: ground dwelling herbivore

Distribution: found only at Porto das Barcas (PB)
