Type specimen: University of Arkansas L11 Wo1, a shell. Its type locality is University of Arkansas locality 11 Wo, Lee Creek, which is in a Moscovian open shallow subtidal limestone in the Bloyd Formation of Arkansas.

Ecology: fast-moving nektonic carnivore

Distribution:

• Carboniferous of Canada (2: Nunavut collections), United States (2: Arkansas, Oklahoma)
