Type specimen: IVPP V 20127, a partial skull. Its type locality is Near Xiaolangdi Reservoir, which is in a Wuchiapingian terrestrial horizon in the Shangshihezi Formation of China.
Ecology:
Distribution: found only at Near Xiaolangdi Reservoir
