Type specimens:
- Timanoceras ellipsoidale: PIN 1268/4, a shell. Its type locality is Vezha-Vozh River, 7.4 km from mouth, which is in a Frasnian carbonate limestone in the Lyaiol Formation of the Russian Federation.
- Manticoceras affiniforme:
Ecology: fast-moving nektonic carnivore

Distribution:
• Devonian of the Russian Federation (3 collections)
