Sister taxa: Protactoclymenia giganta, Protactoclymenia parallela

Type specimen: PUM 14010, a shell. Its type locality is XZ548, Hebukehe-E section, which is in a Famennian carbonate limestone in the Hongguleleng Formation of China.

Ecology: fast-moving nektonic carnivore

Distribution:
