Type specimen: NMVP 100280. Its type locality is QML1030. south bank of creek above Casey Falls, Old Bohemia Station, which is in a Famennian marine grainstone/shale in the Virgin Hills Formation of Australia.

Distribution: found only at QML1030. south bank of creek above Casey Falls, Old Bohemia Station
