Type specimen: PIN 3072/28, a forewing. Its type locality is Velikaya Kema, Tikhiy Spring (PIN collection 3072), which is in a Chattian lacustrine - small shale in the Kizi Formation of the Russian Federation.

Distribution: found only at Velikaya Kema, Tikhiy Spring (PIN collection 3072)
