Type specimen: UCM87378, a maxilla (Right maxilla). Its type locality is UCM locality 92177, which is in a Tiffanian terrestrial sandstone/claystone in the Fort Union Formation of Colorado.
Ecology: arboreal herbivore
Distribution: found only at UCM locality 92177
