Sister taxon: Novokshonovus ignoratus
Type specimen: PIN 1631/187, a forewing. Its type locality is Khalmeryuskoe Field, borehole KhK-231, 152.6 m (PIN collection 1631), which is in a Kungurian marine siliciclastic in the Lek-Vorkuta Formation of the Russian Federation.
Ecology:
Distribution: found only at Khalmeryuskoe Field, borehole KhK-231, 152.6 m (PIN collection 1631)
