Type specimen: AMNH 20366, a partial skull. Its type locality is Ergilin Dzo [AMNH], which is in an Eocene terrestrial sandstone in the Ergilin Dzo Formation of Mongolia.
Ecology: scansorial insectivore
Distribution: found only at Ergilin Dzo [AMNH]
