Type specimen: Hoffeins 1612-3, an exoskeleton. Its type locality is Baltic Amber, Hoffeins/Deutsches Entomologische Institut collection, which is in a Priabonian terrestrial amber in the Russian Federation.

Distribution: found only at Baltic Amber, Hoffeins/Deutsches Entomologische Institut collection
