Sister taxa: Alzadites alzadensis, Alzadites incomptus
Type specimen: USNM 423714, a shell. Its type locality is USGS Mesozoic D5947, Black Hills, which is in a Cenomanian marine siliciclastic in the Belle Fourche Formation of Wyoming.
Ecology: fast-moving nektonic carnivore
Distribution: found only at USGS Mesozoic D5947, Black Hills
