Type specimen: IVPP V10167, a maxilla. Its type locality is Ulantatal (UTL7), which is in an Oligocene terrestrial sandstone/siltstone in the Ulantatal Formation of China.
Ecology: ground dwelling herbivore
Distribution:
• Oligocene of China (4 collections)
Total: 4 collections each including a single occurrence
