Type specimen: NHMWz1998/29/0013, a shell. Its type locality is Gschliefgraben, Gmunden, Late Campanian, which is in a Campanian offshore lime mudstone in Austria.

Ecology: fast-moving nektonic carnivore

Distribution: found only at Gschliefgraben, Gmunden, Late Campanian
