Type specimen: TUDW-20061, a mandible. Its type locality is Than-u-daw, Pondaung Sandstone, which is in a Bartonian terrestrial sandstone/siliciclastic in the Pondaung Formation of Myanmar.
Ecology: ground dwelling grazer-browser
Distribution: found only at Than-u-daw, Pondaung Sandstone
