Type specimen: UCM 86312, an exoskeleton. Its type locality is Anvil Points, Labandeira site, which is in a Bridgerian lacustrine - large lime mudstone in the Green River Formation of Colorado.
Ecology:
Distribution: found only at Anvil Points, Labandeira site
