Type specimen: UATF-V-000856, a partial skull (associated craniodental speci- mens including partial R maxilla preserving P2–3; Rp4; Rm1; partial R dentary bearing m2–3; Li2; partial L dentary bearing m1; Lm). Its type locality is Cerdas, which is in a Burdigalian/Langhian terrestrial sandstone/mudstone in Bolivia.
