Type specimen: NMB En.235-236, a set of teeth. Its type locality is Egerkingen, 'aberrant siderolithic facies', which is in a Lutetian/Bartonian fissure fill siderite in Switzerland.
Ecology: ground dwelling carnivore
Distribution:
• Eocene of France (2 collections), Switzerland (1)
Total: 3 collections each including a single occurrence
