Type specimen: GSI-M-7085a, a shell. Its type locality is Makhtesh Ramon (Saharonim Fm., Limestone-Marl Mb.), which is in a Longobardian carbonate limestone/marl in the Saharonim Formation of Israel.

Ecology: nektonic carnivore
