Sister taxon: Vitimoilus captiosus

Type specimen: CNU-ORT-HF2010004, an exoskeleton. Its type locality is Fengning County (CNU collection), which is in a Hauterivian lacustrine - large mudstone in the Dabeigou Formation of China.

Ecology: fast-moving ground dwelling herbivore

Distribution:

• Cretaceous of China (2 collections)

Total: 2 collections each including a single occurrence
