Type specimen: SM F10706, a shell. Its type locality is Locality 46, Khashm Dhibi area (Aramco S-1201), which is in a Bajocian carbonate limestone in the Dhruma Formation of Saudi Arabia.

Ecology: fast-moving nektonic carnivore
