Type specimen: Its type locality is Northrop Locality 007. west of railway cut, La Vieille, west of Anse Cascon, which is in a Telychian carbonate limestone/shale in the La Vieille Formation of Canada.

Distribution: found only at Northrop Locality 007. west of railway cut, La Vieille, west of Anse Cascon
