Type specimen: UCMP 170698, a mandible (right dentary with m1 to m3). Its type locality is UCMP V92002, Lost Creek, which is in a Chadronian terrestrial claystone in the John Day Formation of Oregon.
Ecology: ground dwelling herbivore
Distribution: found only at UCMP V92002, Lost Creek
