Type specimen: MUSM 2857, a tooth. Its type locality is CTA-32, which is in an Oligocene fluvial-lacustrine claystone/conglomerate in the Chambira Formation of Peru.

Ecology: ground dwelling herbivore

Distribution: found only at CTA-32
