Type specimen: NMMP-PK1-2010-82, a maxilla (right maxilla with M1–M3). Its type locality is Pk1, Pondaung Sandstone, which is in a Bartonian terrestrial sandstone/mudstone in the Pondaung Formation of Myanmar.

Ecology: ground dwelling grazer-browser

Distribution: found only at Pk1, Pondaung Sandstone
