Type specimen: VNIGRI 115/1337. Its type locality is Kazanbulak Spring, Kugitangtau Range (top lower Baisun Fm), which is in a Bathonian marine horizon in the Baisun Formation of Uzbekistan.

Ecology: fast-moving nektonic carnivore

Distribution: found only at Kazanbulak Spring, Kugitangtau Range (top lower Baisun Fm)
