Type specimen: UA 9221, a cephalon/head (cranidium). Its type locality is Lichidae, Cape Phillips Fm., Homerian part, ABR sections, Cornwallis Island, which is in a Homerian slope packstone/wackestone in the Cape Phillips Formation of Canada.
Ecology: fast-moving low-level epifaunal carnivore
Distribution:
• Silurian of Canada (2: Nunavut collections)
Total: 2 collections each including a single occurrence
