Type specimen: SMF 79983, a cephalon/head (cranidium). Its type locality is Bahndamm Blankenheim, which is in an Eifelian marine limestone in the Junkerberg Formation of Germany.
Ecology: fast-moving low-level epifaunal carnivore
Distribution: found only at Bahndamm Blankenheim
