Type specimen: NMC 491, a skull. Its type locality is Chasmosaurus type, Berry Creek, GSC (NMC), which is in a Campanian terrestrial horizon in the Dinosaur Park Formation of Canada.

Distribution:

• Cretaceous of Canada (7: Alberta collections)

Total: 7 collections each including a single occurrence
