Type specimen: UMMP 54149, a cephalon/head (cranidium). Its type locality is Silica Shale, unit 10, which is in a Cazenovian marine limestone in the Silica Formation of Ohio.
Ecology: fast-moving low-level epifaunal carnivore
Distribution:
• Devonian of United States (2: Ohio collections)
Total: 2 collections each including a single occurrence
