Type specimens:
- Synpharciceras frequens: MfN MB.C.22131.1, a shell. Its type locality is Hassi Nebech section 2, bed 11e, which is in a Givetian marine shale in Morocco.
- Pharciceras tafilense:
Ecology: fast-moving nektonic carnivore
Distribution:
• Devonian of Morocco (4 collections)
Total: 4 collections including 5 occurrences
