Type specimen: MNHN F.EIP10, a partial skeleton. Its type locality is Near Town-of-Ilam, which is in an Eocene/Eocene marine horizon in the Pabdeh Formation of Iran.
Ecology:
Distribution: found only at Near Town-of-Ilam
