Sister taxon: Caririneura microcephala
Type specimen: INHSP 1525, an exoskeleton. Its type locality is Crato (INHSP collection), which is in an Aptian lacustrine - large carbonate in the Crato Formation of Brazil.
Ecology:
Distribution: found only at Crato (INHSP collection)
