Belongs to Acrotretella according to Ireland 1961
Sister taxon: Acrotretella dizeugosa
Type specimen: USNM 140111. Its type locality is 300 yards east of U. S. Highway 77, 2 miles north of Springer, which is in an Alexandrian carbonate limestone in the Cochrane Formation of Oklahoma.

Distribution:
• Silurian of United States (3: Oklahoma collections)
Total: 3 collections each including a single occurrence
