Type specimen: UI X-5697. Its type locality is Pulaski Loc. Z-652. 15 meters. M. C. West Lime Company Quarry at Turney, which is in a Blackriveran deep subtidal shelf limestone/siltstone in the Lebanon Limestone Formation of Tennessee.
