Type specimen: BMNH E1877. Its type locality is Crickley Hill (Wright collection), which is in a Murchisonae reef, buildup or bioherm limestone/marl in the Birdlip Limestone Formation of the United Kingdom.

Ecology: slow-moving low-level epifaunal grazer-omnivore

Distribution: found only at Crickley Hill (Wright collection)
