Type specimen: MCAM 0168, an exoskeleton. Its type locality is Dominican amber, Palo Quemado (MCB coll), which is in a Burdigalian/Langhian terrestrial amber in the Dominican Republic.

Distribution: found only at Dominican amber, Palo Quemado (MCB coll)
