- Eumorphocystis multiporata: 6757 University of Missouri. Its type locality is Upper Cystoid Zone, Fittstown Roadcut on Oklahoma State Highway 90, which is in a Blackriveran marine sandstone/shale in the Bromide Formation of Oklahoma.
- Eumorphocystis oklahomensis: Its type locality is Bromide Formation, Highway 99, Pontotoc County, Oklahoma, which is in the Blackriveran of horizon the Bromide Formation Oklahoma.
- Eumorphocystis typicalis: USNM 11330.
