Type specimen: P6M4122, a valve (left valve). Its type locality is Kilek section, Kilek-24, which is in a Julian offshore limestone in the Huglu Tuffite Formation of Turkey.
Ecology: epifaunal detritivore-grazer
Distribution: found only at Kilek section, Kilek-24
