Sister taxa: Dellea planafrons, Dellea punctata, Dellea suada, Dellea wilbernsensis
Type specimen: CPC 9770, a cephalon/head (cranidium). Its type locality is Gola Beds K102, which is in a Franconian/Trempealeauan marine grainstone in Australia.
Ecology: fast-moving low-level epifaunal carnivore
Distribution: found only at Gola Beds K102
