Type specimen: MUPA ATZ0104, a partial skull (Partial skull that preserves the occiput, the parietal table, part of the right orbit and part of the palate). Its type locality is El Atance, which is in a Carnian/Norian marine horizon in the Keuper Formation of Spain.
