Type specimen: AMNH 14055, a mandible. Its type locality is Snake Creek Fauna, which is in a Barstovian/Clarendonian channel sandstone in Nebraska.
Ecology: ground dwelling herbivore
Distribution: found only at Snake Creek Fauna
