Type specimens:
- Pentagnostus bonnerensis: USNM 95025. Its type locality is Locality 37n (Pend Oreille Lake), which is in a Cambrian carbonate limestone/shale in the Lakeview Formation of Idaho.
- Agnostus lautus: Its type locality is 54s - Near mouth of North side Two Mile Canyon, 2 miles se of Malad, Wasatch Mts, which is in a Menevian carbonate limestone in the Langston Formation of Idaho.

• Delamaran of Mexico (1 collection), United States (4: Idaho, Nevada)
• Cambrian of United States (5: Idaho, Utah)
