Sister taxa: Palaeorhamphus (Falsorhamphus), Palaeorhamphus primitivus
Type specimen: FEH 652, an exoskeleton. Its type locality is Baltic Amber (Eichmann collection), which is in a Priabonian terrestrial amber in Germany.
Ecology:
Distribution: found only at Baltic Amber (Eichmann collection)
