Sister taxa: Cheethamia aktolagayensis, Cheethamia dividia
Type specimen: ESM MSU 133/3. Its type locality is Krasnyj Oktyabr quarry, bench III, which is in a Maastrichtian carbonate chalk in the Karsun Formation of the Russian Federation.
Ecology: stationary epifaunal suspension feeder
Distribution: found only at Krasnyj Oktyabr quarry, bench III
