Sister taxa: Sympherobius completus, Sympherobius siriae, Sympherobius yulei

Type specimen: SIZK L-118, an exoskeleton. Its type locality is Rovno Amber, Voronki locality (SIZK L collection), which is in a Priabonian terrestrial amber in Ukraine.

Distribution: found only at Rovno Amber, Voronki locality (SIZK L collection)
