Sister taxa: Anabarella australis, Anabarella chelata, Anabarella gypirhynchosa, Anabarella kuruktagensis, Anabarella plana, Anabarella simesi, Anabarella tshitaensis

Type specimen: PMU 36972, a shell. Its type locality is GGU 315045. Navarana Fjord, Lauge Koch Land, which is in a Dyeran carbonate dolomite in the Aftenstjernesø Formation of Greenland.

Ecology: slow-moving low-level epifaunal detritivore

Distribution: found only at GGU 315045. Navarana Fjord, Lauge Koch Land
