Sister taxa: Anemorhysis natronensis, Anemorhysis savagei, Anemorhysis sublettensis, Anemorhysis wortmani, Uintalacus nettingi, Tetonoides pearcei, Tetonoides musculus
Type specimen: USGS 476, a mandible (left dentary fragment with p4-m2). Its type locality is Reservoir Creek Bonanza, which is in a Wasatchian terrestrial horizon in the Willwood Formation of Wyoming.
Ecology: arboreal insectivore
