Type specimen: UALVP 5522, a tooth (fragmentary LM3). Its type locality is Verdigris Coulee (UA-MR-8), which is in a Santonian terrestrial horizon in the Milk River Formation of Canada.

Ecology: scansorial omnivore

Distribution:

• Cretaceous of Canada (3: Alberta collections), United States (1: Montana)

Total: 4 collections each including a single occurrence
